It’s fast approaching mid December, and I haven’t even done one of these lists.
Traveling: can be exhausting, did you know? After my visit to Hamburg, I am grounding myself for the next 2 weeks for the sake of my studies. Oh these studies, so bothersome.
Listening: to many Christmas songs, both traditional and. I stumbled upon a mall performance in Hamburg by Michael Schulte, a pretty cute singer on a guitar. I got a photo with him and his autograph. Turns out, he was the 2nd runner up in Germany’s version of The Voice last year. Cool stuff!
Working on: my exam next Monday, and 2 papers, one of which I have no clue about. Oh well, I’ll wade my way through it.
Thinking: about transiting back to life in Singapore. It’s going to be really hard in some ways - the pace of life, pace of school (my brain has pretty much been in hibernation the past 4 months), the heat and humidity. But so comforting and relieving in others - the food, the need to only wear one layer of clothing when outside the house, the freedom to open the windows and doors whenever I want and not have the cold frighten the life out of me, the price of eating outside.
